Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return. For the item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all the tags, and it must be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at mailer@unfixedwear.com.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. For any questions regarding returns, please contact us at any time at mailer@unfixedwear.com.

Damage and problems

Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damages or if you received the wrong item. In this way, we will be able to assess the problem and ensure it is resolved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Substitutions

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day reflection period for the European Union

Despite the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not have been worn or used, it must have all the tags, and it must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. In case of approval, within 10 working days you will automatically receive the refund through the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or the credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
